Open studios are held throughout the year

Following the success of our Spring 2009 openings, we hosted four open afternoons in November 2009.  The students demonstrated throwing and handbuilding to an audience of all ages who drifted by on their way to the St Volusien market or the Chateau de Foix.

These openings are a great opportunity to see new work by tutor and students, buy gifts for friends and family and perhaps to have a go at potting yourself! 

Dates and times of the next Open Studios are not yet set, but likley to be in July or August 2010.  All making techniques will be demonstrated, and we shall be taking red hot pots straight from the kiln.  Very exciting!

Entrance on Rue du Palais de Justice (No 12) between St Volusiens church and the Chateau de Foix.  The pottery is in the grounds of Chapeliers Chambres d'hotes.
